Hello people, this is goodbye, the farewell, the game over, the continue...? No, it will be no continue, this is the end of the road, from now on the only thing I have to do it´s improve my english, watching movies, practising talking, and listening music, all in english.
Being honest my experience of learning english in the university was enriching, but not as I thought, becase I thinked that we´ll had more dissertations, or interactions in the language, in my opinion the only way to improve in the english is talking in, wait for it... english!
As I said in this blog, the experience of the blogs it´s very interesting, a way to practice that I use it´s thinking in english all the phrases I said at the day(when I want to practice) and watching movies in spanish, but with the subtitles, so when I´m reading the text I think: how can I put this but in English?
I need to improve a lot my english, one time in the job I had to talk with an Holland guy, to sell it beer, and I noticed that some words I had forgot I need it to have a right communication with him, but I don´t know how, he understood all the things I said to him, just improvising.
Out of the class I don´t use english, only for joke, call my friends  to his cellphone and I speak in english to them, but not seriously, I need to talk english, I want to go foreign, for buisness, vacation, doesn´t matter, english it´s important.
For the record I HATE BRITISH ACCENT.

Hey teacher, leave the kids alone

Hi my fellows, today I´m going to talk about some changes that could be made to my career, first of all the first days in the university may be one of the most important, because it´s the first impression, and sometimes, the first look to something it´s the image you will keep for all your life. Having told this, the first days in the university were pretty bored, my career it´s very interesting, but the first time some people talked to us, about the study, and the future job of an food engineering, I kept in the same position before the talk, so one of the first changes that I could make to the career it´s a interesting introduction, because good advice is always necessary for a young person.
The subjects that we have to study... I'm partially agree, the food engineer of Universidad de Chile´s university have a 99 percent of employment, so the prestige of the university you have to earn it, so I think it´s okay that a engineer needs maths and science, so I agree with the requirements(I´m going to cry with diferential calculus).
The career of food engineering at least it's around the six years, three of general formation, two of specialization and the last year the professional practice, It´s too expensive a year at the university, six it´s crazy, just thinking the debt that I will have to pay freaks me out.
The facilities of the faculty leave a lot to say, we don't have a gym, the onle one it's of the faculty next to us, we don't have a grass court, or a swimming pool, also a study of five classmates of the university did a study of how many people can have a sit to study in optimal conditions (without rain) and just one third of the population of the faculty was covered(with rain one fourth), the other people have to look for a not comfortable spot.
We´re on the age of technology, so we don´t have much to say about it, all the technology are to our benefit, including apps to cell phones where you can see your grades, and the teaching methods are okay.

Spring breakers

Hello my people. today´s topic it´s about the summer holidays, as you know summer it´s the most waited time of the year, most of people go out of the city, a place where you can relax and leave behind all your problems of routine and your only concern is to please yourself. That´s the reason I love summer vacations, it´s almost two months of everything you can do, you have options! I love climbing hills, find out new places where you can spend the afteroon, and in the night you sleep comfortable, as a baby... actually I miss the summer already, I need vacations:(

Last year I didn´t went to vacation with my parents, I worked and spent my time in home with my dogs and my cat, I worked in Papudo, (a coastal commune close to Zapallar) selling craft beer, but in my free time went as a tourist, I dind´t relax, but at least I went to the beach. This year I´ll go to a hot springs with my parents as a pre-vacations, also some friends invite me to Valdivia, I´ve never went so it´s very interesting knowing new places. A place I would like to visit is Machu Pichu, in Perú, but it´s out of season, a friend went there last year in June-July with the perfect wather, he told me that the perfect time to go is in June-July, in summer it´s too cold and when you are backpacking, the cold can ruin the trip, you can´t get cold, and the heat it´s sofocating.

This year one of my goals it´s to go with my group friends of vacation, honestly we always have a good time when we´re together, so it´s very exciting thinking in vacations with them... untill now I don´t have a commitment with no one, I´ll live the vacations step to step, when I make plans always, (seriously) always go wrong hahaha.

Hi guys, how are you doing? Today's blog is a very trending topic, drugs addiction, for me a drug it's every foreign body substance with an effect on the organism, as the coffee, cigarette, etc. As we know the generation of teenagers nowadays, it is very related with drugs because you can find it very easily everywhere... Drugs are used to see reality as another, to have an escape from all the hate in this world, to get through all the negativity and taste a false happiness...

I have an electronic cigarette, and I use it every day(only if I have essence for it) , by the way, it have nicotine, wich is a toxic drug, extracted from tobacco leaf, the effects of nicotine are euphoria, lack of appetite, addiction and in very high doses, dizzy nausea and fainting, if I smoke too much in a very short time the electronic cigar, I feel dizzy, for the nicotine.

In my opinion, drugs have benefits if they have the proper use, for example, the most popular drug today is marijuana, as you know  glaucoma is a disease in the eyes and causes a lot of pain, marijuana calms that pain , but does not remove it, like Parkinson, many people use marijuana-based oils that soothes the involuntary and sudden movements that these people suffer. How I said it before, the proper use of a drug can have benefits, but as we know drugs are used for recreation, much of this people don´t have a culture of self monitoring, and this is why exist the addictions to drugs and the deaths for intoxication, (more than once I suffered alcoholic intoxication, and I´m not a drunk guy, just for the record) everyone can suffer drug intoxication, because it is something new, never lived before, so how can you be prepared for something like that? You can not, only if you try it you probably know how not to suffer intoxication, knowing your limit,but my advice don´t do it, it´s awful.

Did you ever watch "Trainspotting"?it´s a British black comedy about the abuses, in this case of drugs, the protagonist and narrator of the story it´s a young man addicted to heroin, he steal his parents for get high, in the middle of the story he want to  detoxify his body and he suffered hallucinations, vomiting, dizzy and a lot of pain of the entire body, because he suffered dependence of heroin.

My career it´s not related with drugs, most comestibles drugs are not legal in this country, so how can you sell o create a food with the properties of a plant, chemical, which is ilegal?

I have a lot of bad stories cause of drugs, mostly of people very close to me, but this stories are not able to been on a blog

STUDY STUDY STUDY STUDY AND YES, MORE STUDY

Hello my people, today´s topic it´s about post graduate studies, did you ever think that we almost pass all our life studying, in school you have to go five days per week, and be sitting almost two hours listening the teacher, and not just one teacher, I mean four classes like that?I think we spend more time studying to satisfy a need created by different entities, rather than worrying about the things we really want to do.

So, post graduate studies, food engineering has many aspects to develop in the workplace, this way also has several doctorates and  master degrees, personally I would rather not to have post graduate studies, but if I had to choose I would say that nutrition and food it´s really interesting.

I would like to study abroad, only to know other cultures, and to have the prestige of having studied in a foreign university, food and nutrition is based on knowing a wide range of disciplines of the area to be able to develop original and relevant investigation in scope of nutrition and foods, and I rather a part-time course, I do not like planning to study five days a week, it consumes a lot of social life and different personal areas regarding the time that one invests more studying than worrying about individual needs.

When I grow up

Hi again, today´s topic dear friends it´s about a job I would like to have. First of all my career it´s about productive process of foods, so in the future I will study and talk about foods my entire life? No thanks, this career it´s just the beginning to me, this will be my floor, to start to walk in my life. I´m a simple man, my dream it´s to be a fisherman in Chiloé, maybe a diver, I imagine the quite of the sea, with the blue sky, whales swimming around my boat, and me just living, drinking a cold beer... that´s the dream.


My future job ,if I work about my career, probably I will end in a office of 2 meters per 2 and only write the idea freaks me out, I need to be working outdoors.

One of the reasons why I choosed this career was that my father works in a company and he told me that he always need for the business a food engineer, and for the practice I will travel to Germany for one year,  when he told me this I decided to study this career. The salary if I work in the company "Krones" it´s about 1 million of floor.

Since I was sixteen years old I started to work, in anything that I can, I worked as a janitor in a condominium, washing cars, I also did taekwondo classes for young and old people, when I turn eighteen years was the first time I worked with a contract for a fruit company, worked from Monday to Saturday, for the minimum wage, and last year I worked on a mini market, for a friend, all works serve as experience, and as my father say: "work dignifies man".

Hi again, today´s topic it´s about one of my favorite things I like to do, nothing hahaha, I love to waste my time in some activities that I like, sincerously I don´t waste my time, I use it to forget routine of the week, and just have a good time you know.

One of my hobbies it´s play videogames, you have to practice a lot to have a good level in different kind of games, I actually go to social events like "Buincon"; is an event that brings together a social group that is interested in comics, anime, video-games, among others, in this event, also there are video games tournaments, which I love to  participate and also do very good games, sincerously for me it´s not such a important the hobbie of video games, I just like to play. Other of my hobbies it´s music, I like to play guitar, I went to violin classes, but I left it, and now I want to play piano I almost forget, watch movies and series, also love it, read novels(Stephen King fan).

Since I was little always practice sports, soccer, handball, basketball, voleyball, taekwondo and in volley and martial arts I spent a good  time, because  these two require dexterity, through a lot of practice and I do not know why I get so much attention to competitive sports, I think it should be for the simple fact that I spend energy and at the end of the day I can sleep peacefully (not the same as study)

Hobbies I would never had.... it´s difficult, I´m always open to new ideas, and in the future I have planned to keep practising sports

Pineal gland

As we know, the brain keeps a lot of mysteries until nowdays, we only know a little portion of it, and its functions. Into the mysteries of the brain, there´s a little gland, called pineal gland, or also called pineal body, is a small endocrine gland, in the vertebrate brain, it´s located in the epithalamus, near of the center of the brain, some experts of the neuroscience field said that it´s located in the center of both thalamus. The pineal gland produces melatonin, a serotonin derived hormone which modulates sleep, patterns in both circadian and seasonal cycles. Mostly all vertebrates species posses a pineal gland, but the most primitive organisms don´t have one, and crocodiles also, because in the course of the evolution they lost it.

The pineal gland it´s also seen on cranial x-ray when it´s calcified, it´s common in people of old age, but it´s been also seen in children of two years, this calcification it´s associated to the arenaceous bodies, mainly composed of phosphorus and carbon, other studies of experts associate the Alzheimer disease to the calcification of the pineal gland and other types of dementia.

There´s not a way to keep healthy the pineal gland in the contemporary medicine, but there´s a lot of mysteries about foods, and some chemists to keep her decalcified and ways to detoxify it, but there´s no guarantee that will have effect.

Traveeeeeeeeeeel !

In my opinion, travel means like leave behind what you are, and begin to be what you are in real, you don´t know what is going to happend in a travel, you just improvise living, and that´s the real life.

I always wanted to go to Holland, specifically Praga, the reason is pretty simple, I love castles, and baroque constructions, also gothic, well Praga it´s a beautiful place, in fact since 1992, the historic center of the city is a World Heritage Site, I would like to went there and see al the beautiful places for tourists. I always wanted to live in Europe, like to live the culture, and leave my comfortable zone, but not for a long time, because I love my life here, and my family can´t live without me haha. Finally, I know that in Praga you can see the oldest astronomy watch of Europe, fropm the XV century, it´s pretty interesting.

The best Concert I´ve Had

First of all, I have never gone to a massive concert, I like music, specially rock, but it´s too expensive to go to a concert, to see and listen a good band, so I go a lot to social events, like anniversaries of a town, or bierfests, which they bring some bands and good artists.

In this case, the best concert I´ve had was in Buin, the town I live from 10 years, there´s a massive event called "Semana Buinense" in the past this activity had five, or fours days of duration, this was in Febrary, the summer vacation, so between the artist in stage, was Jorge González, the vocalist of "Los Prisioneros", that day I went with my friends to watch it, we drink some beers, and later we wait for the main event, in fact, everyone was waiting for Jorge, the atmosphere felt quite comfortable, everyone enjoyed the event without being impatient that it end, as Jorge González would come on stage for the end of the show, people knew that he would sing a hour or less, but when he comes to stage, we all forget the time of duration of the show, we only singed all the songs of "Los Prisioneros" and he as soloist. When the concert reached the end, we see the hour and he singed almost 2 hours!! It was awesome.

I remember the concert with nostalgy, nowdays the artist suffered an aneurism, and lost almost all movility, so a concert like that we saw, probably will never be repeated.

GOODBYE CARRIE

The path was hard, no one said that this was gonna be easy, we´re almost there, this blog is ending, and I don´t like to have bloggs, for that reason I think this is goodbye, my people.

 I think that this blog help me a lot to give me some abilities I thought I had lost, in general for writing, in my case I imagine the phrase, to write it obviously, and later think the most easy phrase for the reading, this is the only part of the day that I think in another language, it's interesting that you can improve your English by writing weekly in your blogg (if you do it right). 
One thing and more important of writing in English is to use a vast vocabulary, and this is just the result of reading and listening in English, and then putting it into practice.

I enjoy to have a blogg, but as I said initially of the course, nowadays there gets lost the mystery and the drama of the persons for the fact of the technology, looking for someone for social networks already you know his tastes, where it is, can see photos of the person, by what everything is doing more predictable and boring, I like to converse, to debate ideas, to know someone from the uncertainty, on this part it would not like to continue with this blogg... but if they ask me, always I have wanted to write on the sports that at some time I have practised in my life, and the professional who is called me the attention to sports level.

BOOOOOOORED OR NOT?

My dear bloggers, today´s topic is about a subject that I´ve enjoyed this semester, sadly, I didn´t enjoy anything hahaha, but I must write something about, so this is:

The name of the subject , is English, III, in classes we interact with our classmates, so always is interactive, it´s not like other classes, when the teacher speak, about a topic with a power point, and slides, the contents of the classes were interesting, like trending topics in the society, the position of the men and women nowdays, online stores, and one of the most interesting things we did, was like a travel to London, we had to search the costs of many activities there, an example was a tour of the London Eye, also the tube station we need to arrive the destination.

I think i like because I feel comfortable in the classroom, we were a few persons in the class, so it was no pressure in no one.


Also this blog is an activity of English, so all the thing I´ve written here was by the program of the class, sincerously it was very funny a blogg, I´ve never had one.... untill now!

The Food Engineer from the University of the current academic Serena Gipsy Tabilo Munizaga was awarded in its category with the Regional Award for Science and Technology. He currently serves as an Associate Professor. Director PhD Program in Food Engineering University of Bio Bio.

Gipsy Tabilo Munizaga, a researcher in the world of food. Interest in this field focuses on preserving food by non-thermal methods, physical properties and engineering of food. He has participated in some 16 research projects on issues related to this matter and has several important publications.

The research of Serena allowed the development of a vinification process that uses high pressure technology as an alternative to SO2 (sulfur dioxide) as antimicrobial agent, and for microbiological stabilization of Sauvignon blanc. Also, a process vinification using High Pressure Homogenization, which reduces and / or eliminates the use of SO2 in wine and bentonite Sauvignon blanc, maintaining the sensory attributes of the final product was developed.

SHINJI BAKA

First of all I will not say that Naruto is the best anime series of all times, because in tastes it is difficult to please all the people, but in my opinion, is one of the best anime series I ever watched, and being honest, I watched a lot of anime since my childhood. Alright, why did I choosed Naruto? It´s easy, I growed up watching it, the manga was published in Japan the year 1999, being one of the most popular in the year, came an adaptation made by the animation company Pierrot, and the year 2002 was released  in Japan the series subsequently created a sequel called Naruto Shippuden, sadly the serie ended the year 2017 on March 23.
Now the interesting part! The first part of Naruto starts in a ninja world, a boy of 12 years, called Naruto Uzumaki, this child is rejected by the society, because his father, Minato Uzumaki, was like the chief of the village, the "Hokage" and one day, a beast called "Kyuubi" attacks the village, destroying everything in front of it, Minato sealled this beast in the body of Naruto when he was a baby, in this accident his father and mother die. Because this fear to the beast, the people of the village hate Naruto, and they wish he dosen´t exist, being just a child.

Naruto is frustrated knowing that the whole village hates him, but makes of that frustration a conviction, to continue fighting for his dream, to be "Hokage" and demostrate to the whole village, that he can be the best ninja of all times. The second part is Naruto´s adolescence, is strongest and mature. This series ends up having a total of 770 chapters, and there is currently a serie about Naruto´s son, who persues the same dream as his father.
 The first time I watched the series was in Chilevision channel, in the afteroon a program called "El club de los tigritos" shows a great varity of anime, and with my brothers we watched the show untill the program ended. I recommend the series, I like very much :)

Well, as you see, I'm with my friend drinking water, it's a funny story actually, we escaped from the school, and we went to the train line, because we're drinking in a square and carabineros was around, so we walked to the train line to spend the day. My friend´s name is Diego, he's one of my best friends, I'm sure I mentioned it before in the blogg, also I was with Vicente and José Miguel, Vicente tooked the photo, And I think i like it  because it was a good moment in my life when it was taken the picture, it brings me good feelings and makes me happy every time I watch it, and  that´s the reason why cameras were created, to keep the good moments of our life in a photo, dont you think? Sometimes we forget some good moments, and in some point we will be old people, and I would like it to keep the remember of my friends.

Find yourself

In my opinion, travel means like leave behind what you are, and begin to be what you are in real, you don´t know what is going to happend in a travel, you just improvise living, and that´s the real life.

My travel starts in a good moment in my life, I was young, I had dreams and i belived in love, this story starts in 2015, the summer vacations were starting, and with my girlfriend, in that moment, we went to Chillán, better said she went there and she was waiting for me, so I took a bus in Santiago and I arrived in Chllan, the first day we stayed in a hostel all day resting, and in the night we go out to enjoy the night, it was febrary fourteen, we were celebrating valentine´s day, so we start to travel from Chillan, and our destiny was Argentina, crossing by Puerto Fuy, and stay in Argentina as long as we can, successfully we arrived at Puerto Fuy, it was beautiful, we camped at the side of the river, that empties into the lake, it was the perfect spot. So the last step was to take the ferry to Argentina, for pity we could never take it, but we stayed a long time in Puerto Fuy, it rained a lot, but the last day we need a bed, and a hot shower, so we rent a room inside a house, the travel was very exciting, we went to Villarrica, Licanray, Panguipulli, Huilo-Huilo reservation, and Puerto Fuy. It was the first time I traveled alone, it was perfect, two perfect weeks, but it was worth it, the cold, the tiredness and the backpack (which weighed two tons), to see all the beautiful places I visited.Here´s a pic of Puerto Fuy.

PD:In Puerto Fuy there was a customs fair, they sold too much food, we left the local made some balls, in the fair worked the people coming from there.

Technology

Nowadays technology is the engine of our civilisation, from a point of view the advance of technology make our life much easier, but i think we lost the perspective of it, most of people have the necessity to be connected constantly to everyone, i admire in some aspect technology, but also I hate it, we´are like cyborgs, connected to our mobile being more and more alienated, losing our humanity leaving aside the human contact, although it facilitates the life as I said, also we become dependent of her, which in my opinion, is totally despicable, anyway I looooooooooooooove videogames, in fact my favorite device is the laptop, you can play a lot of videogames, like League of Leguends, Counter Strike, and a lot of more, also you can download an emulator to play videogames of other game consols, like Playstation, or Xbox.

My laptop is from a brand called HP, and my parents gave it to me for Christmas, with it I can read books, watch movies, series, chat with friends, and also be connected to social network, I really care about my laptop, and I take care of it like as a holy bone and sometime, when i have the money I would like to have another one, much better of course. A man has a dream

Since I was a child, sport were important part of my life, I always wanted to be a professional soccer player, or volleyball player, actually nowadays I suffer an injury in my knee, so like I said, sports were an important part of my life.

At the moment to choose a job, or career I always thought that I need to had a vocation, but I don't think anymore that vocation is real, honestly the system to enter at a University sucks, great part of your life is dedicated to study and later to work, that´s the reason why you have to make a good choice, otherwise all the time you invest will be lost.

Sport sciences, and nutrition interested me at the beginning, but talking with my family, better said, my father, I make a choice to study food engineering, because my father is working at a company as a manager, so he can employ me when I finished the career.

My experience at University has been horrible, last year I suffered an accident in a activity of the university and I needed to operate my knee because I broke a meniscus playing volleyball, and the institution doesn´t helped me, I couldn’t keep studying because the operation, and the costs were all paid by my family.

Honestly, I don´t know what kind of job I want right now, I’m only thinking on finishing my career to have a floor to walk, later I´ll be working in anything that makes me happy, I imagine traveling to Chiloé being an artisan fisherman and living in the tranquility of a lake in my house of palafitos

A man has no name

My name is David, I’m twenty years old. My birthday is March ninth and I was born in Santiago, I’m studying food engineering at Universidad de Chile University, I like to play guitar, read books, and talk with my best friends, they are four, and all live close to me, I live in Linderos with my two brothers and my parents, my favorite book is “Full dark, no stars” from Stephen King, it’s a book of the horror genre, also the book starts with four novels in it, talking about retribution, homicide and guilty. My favorite movie is “The curious case of Benjamin Button” the film stars Brad Pitt as a man who ages are in reverse, another movie I like is Logan, and the most important person to me is my mom.
